SSE Downtime?

Does anyone know offhand WHY SSE is going to be down February 9th - 15th? We'll be there the 10th - 16th and I'm hoping its not entirely closed so I can at least sneak in one ride before we have to leave. I know there was a thread in News and Rumors but it got really off course at one point and its hard to follow sometimes when people start in on their "I hate new SSE" rants. Thanx!

Edit: just checked this morning and it seems they changed the dates to 9th - 14th. Odd...

Main reason is that SSE isn't "open" yet...it's just under soft openings...so maybe they're going to take those days right before it officially reopens to get ready for a huge celebration...

As it stands, as mentioned above, the attraction isn`t open yet offically. Rumour is the closure will be to tie up the loose ends that still exist before the facility is handed back to the park.
