I just found out the week we have planned to go to disney is
memorial day weekend.......... which will be better that week or wait till
june 5th for a week

I'm not sure I understand your question but...

Memorial Day weekend will be crowded but not unbearable. Crowds should clear out a bit after the weekend. The rest of the week should be fine. It's not one of the more packed holidays. Not like Christmas or Easter or anything.
