Simple question about fireworks display frequency

Does Happily Ever After not show everyday?
I'm going January 14-18 in the parks and the wdwmagic calendar says Happily Ever After is every night.
But I'm just trying to seek out a pattern here, I see that.. say oct 2017, there's a lot of days of no Happily Ever After, are they just adjusting to attendance?

No HEA on many nights in Oct. because on the nights it is not listed those are Halloween party nights.

And there are fireworks on party nights, but it is a different show and you have to have party tickets to attend.
