They're adding the Preferred booking category starting in 2017. The difference is location rather than anything to do with the unit itself.

AFAIK, Preferred will be all buildings in Congress Park and The Springs. Standard will be all other buildings.

The Grandstand has it's own quiet pool. It is also the first bus stop, and the pool has a pool bar that is open during the day. Best section there, but don't tell anyone. We want to keep it quiet, to ensure that we continue to stay there every time.

The buildings closest to the Paddock and Grandstand pools will be Standard.
