Royal Pacific Booked end of April/Start of May

Does anyone know why the standard rooms at RPH are all booked for the end of April/beginning of May? We will be at UO May 4-6 and wanted to stay there. Cheapest Rooms are $369.00. It looks like we will be at HRH. Is there something going on that we should know about? I was hoping the crows would be light.
