Room Request???

HI,
WHEN WE BOOKED OUR TRIP THROUGH OUR TRAVEL AGENCY WE REQUESTED A NON SMOKING ROOM AND THE SURF'S BUILDING IN THE ALL STARS SPORT ACROSS FROM THE POOL....HAS ANYONE REQUEST A ROOM AND NOT GOT WHAT THEY ASKED FOR???ALSO HOW DO I CHECK UP TO MAKE SURE THAT I'M GETTING WHAT I ASKED FOR???I ASKED MY TRAVEL AGENCY AND THEY SAID THAT I WOULDN'T KNOW UNTIL I GET THERE, IS THERE ANY OTHER WAY TO FIND OUT THAN WAIT TILL YOU GET THERE???

You may want to lose the capital letters - it's considered shouting on most forums on the Internet.

A good idea is always to contact the resort your reservations are at. Do it now, then about a week before you go then finally when you arrive remind them of your request. But, keep in mind that it IS a request and there are no guarantees. I've found Disney to be particularly mindful of requests and they seem to try harder than most to make sure you're happy when you get there!
