Haven't been having any problems myself.
The first couple debugging questions are:
1) Have you linked your dining reservations to your MDE profile?
2) Do you have multiple log-ins on the Disney site? (separate emails, a login that's just a username, your work email, a spouse's account?)
Multiple accounts is often the major reason for problems like these. You get dining on one, hotel on another, etc. The key is to pick one login and *always* use it. Despite having a profile on the WDW site that's just a username, I've switched to solely using the login under my Gmail address to keep things in one place.
