Reliable Wi-Fi and outlet?

Hello I will be going to Disneyland next week, but unfortunately I have an online class at 5:30pm. Is there anywhere in Disneyland park that I can sit with my laptop and trust that WiFi will be decent and I can plug in my laptop as well?

Short answer, no.

I’d either go to the Starbucks in Downtown Disney (if it’s even still there), or the nearest one outside the resort, or skip the class altogether.
