Pixar land

Been thinking about it and I feel that if there ever was to be a new park it should be one simply with a Pixar theme. Set up similar to magic kingdom with a central hub and different lands spread out i.e radiator springs, a toy story section, etc.
I believe it would be best as well if the current attractions with Pixar associations be moved from their current park to this new park. Would love to see what people think or have thought about this concept and what you would do with it.

I think itd make a great park, but I don't see Disney removing so much Pixar stuff from the other parks...

There's too much to move everything (Nemo Ride, Nemo Show, Turtle Talk, TSMM, Laugh Floor, Pizza Planet, Its Tough To Be a Bug) But it would be cool to see new things (Ratatouille, Incredibles, Cars, more Monsters Inc., Inside Out)
