Most of the summer. June 21 - August 13th.
We have a layover of like 17 or 19 hours in Philly, so we got a hotel room for the night, so we could go, but I'm thinking we'll probably be jet-lagged and just want to go to sleep. I looked it up and it starts at like 6, but if you want to see it in the dark when it's at its best, we'd have to stay until 11 when it closes, and our flight leaves early the next morning, so I think we'd better skip it.

Sunset in Philly is 8:30pm. You could see everything in 2 hours. Yet sleep IS very important.
Take care! :)
