Parking pass for annual pass holders

I recently purchased a Florida resident's annual pass. I have activated and customized my magic bands and are awaiting their arrival. Currently I only have my activated "temporary" card. I want to go this weekend to Disneyworld and don't forsee my bands arriving prior to then.

How do the people at the gate know you are an annual pass holder to obtain the free parking?

No, they will scan your Band or Card for parking. If you already have another Band listed on your MDE account (one you purchased or have from a previous trip) you can use that, too.
