Outdoor dining options?

My husband I are FINALLY going to visit Disneyland later this year, but still mostly eat outdoors. I've been trying to find what restaurants have outdoor dining, but Google has been surprisingly unhelpful. What restaurants (especially table service) have outdoor dining options?
