Dole Whip...

well, are we talking in a realistic or unrealistic setting?

If it was unrealistic I'd take a completely empty park, all my camera gear and 100% access to wherever I'd like.

If we're talking realistic measures, a few Dole Whips and be able to ride SM over and over and over.

Am I alone in the park? Hmmmm.....

Get a Dole Whip (and since I am alone and a special case) I can take it on the rides. So I go from there to Pirates, then Splash, BTMRR.

Another Dole Whip will be waiting for me as I race towards Mansion.

Then Peter Pan, Pooh (the ride, not from the Dole Whips) and finish with Space Mountain.

I think I can get all of that in one hour.

Maybe not. If I can't I get ride of Splash to save the 15 mins. (I love the ride, but its quantity at this point.)

if no lines, Jungle Cruise, Pirates, Pirates, Pirates, Splash, Splash, BTMRR, BTMRR, Haunted Mansion, Haunted Mansion, Haunted Mansion Then book it over to Gastons Tavern for a LeFou Brew.
You will need 1h32m to do this with no wait and no walk:D So basicaly still with no wait and walk, One hour will end just after your 2nd ride on BTMRR:p (I like to do math)
Plus the risk to end like Skippy in the teleportation process between the ride
