Does anyone know if the water taxi from OKW to Disney Springs is currently operating? If it is, do you know the operating hours? Please and Thank you.

Not currently. The prevailing rumor is that the boats will begin running again when Port Orleans opens up in October. Although there have been recent sightings of skippers being trained... I'm still not counting on it until October or even later.
