Non-Christmas Party December Must See

We are taking a short trip for the holiday 12/10-12/15. Is there anything Christmas we should see beyond the Christmas Party at MK? I read about the Jingle Cruise and Santa photos at Disney Springs but wondered if there was more.

Let's see:

-Candlelight Processional at Epcot (reccomend Candleight Dining package that are not out yet to get guaranteed seating being it's very popular)
-Holidays around the World at Epcot
-Castle Lights...gorgeous can be see as soon as it's dark
-Gingerbread displays at Grand Floridian, Comtmeporary, Boardwalk, Yacht Club (a star well as goodies only sold at the displays)
-All deluxe resorts decorations are worth seeing
-Holiday projection show at HS (predicted to come back this year)
-Holiday Carriage ride at Wilderness Lodge/Ft.Wilderness (can see all the campgrounds decorated etc)
-Holiday D'Lights Tour
-Various holiday treats sold at all the parks

Lots to see and do. You will love it! Our fave time to go! Our trips overlap a bit I'll be there 11/29-12/12.
