Next steps?

Just a few questions...
I am hoping to go back to Disney within the next 3 weeks.
As I reapplied already but was denied because I forgot to return costumes that I still had.
I returned them, but what do I do after?
Do I try and get in contact with someone from casting to do the next steps or something else?
As their Automated system for the job line is a jumbled mess.. I think.
If anyone knows the buttons to press to get talking to someone, that would be amazing.

But, In instances like this will they continue the hiring process or will they just tell me I have to wait
6 months and reapply?

I already do have employment but you also have not answered my question.

I'm mainly looking for is it possible to continue to application process even though I was denied.
Because I needed to return garments, Thank you for your input, though.

I know I also stated I hope to be back there within 3 weeks but that is only IF the possibility stands that I can continue the process or if I will have to wait out the Six-Months again before reapplying.

You're question was answered. If they said "no" then that is going to be the answer pretty much no matter how long you wait.

Then their emails are very misleading. Lol
As they give the reason, then tell you after it's said and done contact them to move onto the next steps.
