I don't understand why they are pumping up night entertainment at another park. Wouldn't you want to have as many people popping over to DAK as possible?

Nope. You'd want to spread out the crowds as best you can.

Does anyone in their right mind believe that this parade will draw crowds? It's good for what it is I guess to get kids involved but it's brutal. I just hope they aren't going to say to themselves... ok, now we have a nighttime parade again for the MK.

They were running it in the "evening" this week when I was in the parks sunday and last night. It was rather... odd. Husband and I both just shook our heads in unison. I get it, they are trying to fill up the gap, and they need options. Fingers crossed this is a stop gap measure.

I think it's because they are doing concrete work on Main Street and they can't run the parade floats out on it that early. This timing happens multiple times a year.

When the rainy day parade is more entertaining than this, it means there's a problem.

Yep, since they announced new fireworks today for MK I'm guessing they are saving the new night parade for the 50th in 4 years.

I actually enjoy this. It's a great way to meet rare characters/not have to wait in line...dance with them.. photo pass photogs around. Just a good time.

My family and I loved this parade- especially my young daughter. I get that everyone has different tastes but the kids I saw were loving it. I mean, it gets families up and dancing together. So sweet!
