I would say that The Boathouse out of all of these is our absolute favorite and most wonderful restaurant to eat in Disney World. It is located in Disney Springs and their seafood is so delicious and so very scrumptious. Their service is so impeccable and top notch. I would highly recommend them. Such a very nice place to eat lunch or dinner right on the water as well. If you eat there, it is a lot easier to make a reservation through Open Table. Easier than Disney. Enjoy and cherish those wonderful moments with your Mom because unfortunately they won't last forever. I hope y'all have a very nice trip and wonderful brunch experience wherever you may go.
