MK private event tonight (May 31) - early close and perimeters for Wishes

Just curious if anyone knows what the private event is for? That must be an unimaginable amount of money. Corporation or convention rented it out?

This..."IPW is a 5 day event being held from 30th May to the 3rd June 2015 at the Orange County Convention Center (OCCC) in Orlando, United States Of America. IPW will have more than 1,100 exhibitor booths held by U.S. Suppliers of USA travel products and destinations and more than 5,000 attendees who are international travel buyers, domestic travel buyers and international journalists representing more than 70 countries."

Didn't ask how much... Simply stated it must cost a lot.
Saudi Princes, heads of major corporations and associations and Hollywood elite are the ones who can afford it.

The Pow-Wow is a huge event annually. Disney is getting quite a paycheck, not to mention all the extra benefits down the line of selling the resort and the region (Disney tends to view things in that order).

It is interesting though that they opened this year, Uni has the final night party this time around.

10 million is what I hear. Also everyone that is there now has been reporting some very rare characters from haunted mansion to guardians of the galaxy.

Casual reminder that Disney put more effort into this one event in terms of character experiences than they have for most public events (parties, 24 hour night etc) in the last 5 years. Money really talks. Mind you this was only the rare stuff and only what I was able to find in one post on tumblr.

Hitch Hiking ghosts, funny these guys don't ever show up for the halloween parties...I wonder why not?
It's just amazing to see all of this, and then look back at to how UTTERLY lame the 24 hour night was. Or for that matter any of their hard ticket party events which are ALL on the light side compared to what's going on tonight.
