magic bands/ fastpass +

hey everyone,
could someone please explain these too me as im so confused. weve been to disneyland paris where they have fastpass but never heard of fastpass +. we have booked for next september at the dolphin hotel and would like to know if we will be included in this or is there still fastpass lines?
