is Yakitori house closed?

I've heard that Yakitori house is closed in Japan. I know that Teppanyaki Dining is closed also. What is open for September?

I could be mistaken but I think all that is open for dinning in Japan is the temporary kiosk in the front of the pavilion. Here is a link to their menu.
