Is Fountainview Espresso/Bakery closed?

I haven't seen this eatery open at Epcot in over two months...then again, I just go primarily at night.

Am I just missing the hours its open? or has that gone "seasonally operating" like WOL?

I believe it opens at 10 and closes at 3.

It took me years to figure out it was ever open. For the longest time, I never walked past it in the morning, just in the evening. I too thought it was always closed.
