1. Learn to maintain all the attractions better.
Probably the most important thing, they need to stop doing things halfassed and waiting for something to fall on someone, they care so much about people experiencing the rides in their proper form to do holiday overlays but some attractions in their current state are just awful.
2. Start adding the magic into things again.
I mean Disney already feels like a magical city when walking into the parks , they need to really start putting the small things besides bathrooms.
3. Take out movie based attractions like stitch.
I mean the classics are great but stitch is an utter fail, they need real ideas. Get rid of stitch, flying carpets, take out Pixar attractions and build my technological advanced ones in an expansion of Pixar place.
4. Take current old attractions like Peter Pan
And put new animatronics that are more modern while keeping it classic but freshen it up a bit , add cool new effects .
5. Learn to spend money and take risks
Right now wdw is living in universals shadow with this.
6. Tomorrowland and Epcot
Tommorowland : get rid of stitch , tone down alien encounter, get rid of laugh floor and either put timekeeper 2.0 or keep it original like they used too and conduct a new idea , they need to fix buzz, just went on and it was in terrible condition, refurbish it majorly and give it a bit of a make over. No cardboard cut outs, new vechiles , interactive queue get rid of those ugly stands with the random shapes and put like an actual table with buttons that do different things or a game like on space mountain on a screen behind buzz or use holograms for a pre ride practice game or even both. Get rid of the speedway and put a light cycle indoor attraction or something that'd be cool
Epcot : fix innoventions, future related activities, no more games like literally no more video games. If they do they should add kinect stations there. Anyways they need to spend money for a change and add futuristic stuff. For imagination, add the trackless ride system they use on honey hunt and rewrite the whole ride with the dream finder back and very unimpressed with the awful versions and takes us through a real journey of imagination and rework image works to be amazing again instead of that pitiful excuse it is now. The entire park needs some updating. I'm hoping test track is a sign of a new future, the new handdryers that work really great are more technological advanced than Epcot now.

Give splash mountain the thunder mountain treatment and some new features
9. Animal kingdom
Fix yeti, get rid of the dinosaur area just the carnival area keep the main dinosaur. Try for beastly kingdom instead of avatar.
10. Stop doing things for just little kids, build for everyone, little kids are impressed with everything so they do things not as great as they can
