Can you use the My Disney Experience app on the new Google Pixel XL? Also, can you us the phone to do Extra FP's at the parks?

It works perfectly fine on a Nexus phone running 7.0 so I can't imagine that there will be any issue with the Pixel running 7.1.

Also, can you us the phone to do Extra FP's at the parks?

The Android version of the app works just like the iOS version.

It would be based on the OS and not the phone. As said above, the android app works just like the iOS app.
