Bela Fleck and the Flecktones (my personal favorite band)
These guys are awesome. Probably the most talented band, like ever. First of all, the band consists of a Banjoist (usually not played like a banjo, and im sure you've heard bela fleck somewhere on some record), a bassist (Victor Wooten, one of the best, if not the best bassists around), a sax player (Jeff Coffin, who can play 2 saxes at once, as in 2 horns in mouth at once) and the craziest part of all, the drummer (Roy Wooten, aka futureman, who doesnt actually play conventional drums (!))
The thing is, that it works, and it works well, and these cats play almost every kind of music imaginable (even did a rap version of the ballad of jed clampett). Highly reccomended (check em out on the audio section of www.archive.org )
