Finding hours before released from Disney

I am wondering how accurate it would be to find hours for a time not released yet by Disney. My ADR window is coming up soon and I would love yo know the actual hours. I stumbled on a website but not sure if it is just an estimate. Thanks in advance

If it is not from Disney then it is an estimate usually based from the previous years. Park opening times tend to be pretty consistent. What will change is the closing time.
