The show's a classic. Why would you do anything to it?
Well, if I could do something with the Tiki Room, I'd restore the bits that were left out of the show in its 2011 refurbishment (the Offenbach part and the sing-along part of "Let's All Sing Like the Birdies Sing").

I actually love the ride, but I know that it has become less popular so I wanted to know what you would do about it.

At Disneyland one of the HUGE novelties of the Tiki Room is that you can bring food and drinks in. It doesn't change the actual experience at all, it just makes the place PERFECT for coming in and enjoying a meal with a show if you know how to do it right. One of my personal favorite memories is eating one of the giant turkey legs for dinner while watching the show. And of course you can never go wrong with getting a Dole Whip and then bringing it right in.
