That can only be a matter of opinion. I'm personally a big Ellen fan... Plus the attraction was very funny. Not sure I would've been much into the seriousness of the original. Everyone can have their opinions.

The theme loop still plays in the entrance plaza loop...We have that...for now

could be that Disney kept the animatronic part and just gave her the mask, so it looks so bad because it isn't stretched over the robots face anymore.
