Dominos-like pizza at any counter service?

Sorry but , give me the proper un bastardized stonebake wood fired traditional pizzas any day none of yer deep pan pish.

I wasn't talking about deep dish...which I personally don't care for (too much crust). New York pizza barely has any pizza sauce on it...in Chicago the thin crust pizzas tend to ooze sauce.

Matter of taste. I grew up on NY area pizza. I like it simple; Thin crust, a little sauce, some cheese - thats it - end it - walk away. No BBQ chicken, no pineapple, no mayo, no extra sauce. If you cant make it taste good with simple ingredients, then piling extra junk on it is not going to help.

However there are people who love piles of stuff on a pizza. All personal taste.

I do have a soft spot for mushroom and sausage, but a plain pie that can stand on its own is a thing of beauty.
