Build it right next to an existing park so the two can share some infrastructure.

Make it a villains park.

Make it all coasters. Fill it with off the shelf coasters, but in true Disney fashion theme the heck out of the coasters and their queues.

The teens and young adults will get there for rope drop and meet their families late in the night for a late meal
