Disney Rumors: Truth or Fiction?

There has long been a rumor that one of the animatronic robins on CoP is actually recycled from Mary Poppins.

The mechanics are the same, but the skin has been changed several times over....the original skin from the film was actually a taxidermied robin's hide.

Uhh. No idea. But I guess it's possible? Disney is known for recycling animatronics.

Possible. There is supposed to be a robot in Star Tours with duck feet as that was its previous life. I think I know which one it is but can't get a good enough look at the feet below the console to verify it.

I believe that's in Disneyland. It's a former goose from America Sings. I'm not sure if it's still there since the refurb.

And according to Jim Korkis anyway, the robin in CoP is from Mary Poppins. I don't know how much I trust that guy, though. I definitely get a weird vibe from him, but that might just be me.

Many know of the Baskeball Court that's inside The Matterhorn in Disneyland..

The former geese from America Sings are still in DL's Star Tours. Once you know they were geese, you'll never be able to see them as anything else.
