I got an email for up to 35% off from 3/25 to 10/3/24 at select resorts. I don't see it offered anywhere else on their website.

It’s the same offer on their website. Demand has been high so in order to “see” the offer you have to get in the virtual queue (less than a minute wait). I tried to post the link for you but it didn’t work.
