Any idea what's this for?
That's a good question. I through the 'D' indicated Star Wars land, but that address is for the old Jack Sparrow attraction.

The permit is for two years and expires on October 31, 2018, plus it lists a construction company. So, this has to be something significant. I can't wait for more details! That's a good question. I through the 'D' indicated Star Wars land, but that address is for the old Jack Sparrow attraction.

ETA: Maybe Disney is going to save the GMR and put the Mickey Mouse ride here! Yes!!!
Not that that wouldn't be great, but this is just one (very ambiguous) permit. There is zero reason to believe that's what's happening.ETA: Maybe Disney is going to save the GMR and put the Mickey Mouse ride here! Yes!!!
Jack sparrow is the entrance area to toy story land. Toy story land is supposed to open in 2018 so this is likely for that. The permit is for two years and expires on October 31, 2018, plus it lists a construction company. So, this has to be something significant. I can't wait for more details!

Has anyone confirmed that foundation is underway at either land? I assume they still need to do some demo for SWL.This is just one of many permits filed for Toy Story Land, so it's not that exciting itself. The permits have very little details, so what you see is all you will get.

I assume you mean the whip ride and not a spinner?Foundations are in for the TSL spinner. They just started work on the rollercoaster footings this week. Nothing going in for SWL just yet. SWL will be another month or two before we see anything going in on that project.
Yea.I assume you mean the whip ride and not a spinner?
Hi @cjkeating! Thank you. You are right!Toy Story Land?
Hi @IDInstitute! Thank you. You are absolutely right. Not that that wouldn't be great, but this is just one (very ambiguous) permit. There is zero reason to believe that's what's happening.

Hi @danlb_2000! Thank you for this thread and all of your hard work! I just can't believe how the news that I just saw -- was already in this thread for like a whole month! LOL. Kudos to you. This is just one of many permits filed for Toy Story Land, so it's not that exciting itself. The permits have very little details, so what you see is all you will get.
Two interesting permits today. Both are from H O A R construction and both are described as "Exterior Demo and Modifications Package". One has the address of the Buzz and Woody M&G across from TSMM and the other is for Muppets 3D.
Nobody is questioning whether Star Wars Land is happening or not.So I guess it is happening then. Let the record show it is still 2016.
