That's a good question. I through the 'D' indicated Star Wars land, but that address is for the old Jack Sparrow attraction.
The permit is for two years and expires on October 31, 2018, plus it lists a construction company. So, this has to be something significant. I can't wait for more details!
ETA: Maybe Disney is going to save the GMR and put the Mickey Mouse ride here! Yes!!!

Not that that wouldn't be great, but this is just one (very ambiguous) permit. There is zero reason to believe that's what's happening.

Jack sparrow is the entrance area to toy story land. Toy story land is supposed to open in 2018 so this is likely for that.
This is just one of many permits filed for Toy Story Land, so it's not that exciting itself. The permits have very little details, so what you see is all you will get.

Has anyone confirmed that foundation is underway at either land? I assume they still need to do some demo for SWL.

Foundations are in for the TSL spinner. They just started work on the rollercoaster footings this week. Nothing going in for SWL just yet. SWL will be another month or two before we see anything going in on that project.

Two interesting permits today. Both are from H O A R construction and both are described as "Exterior Demo and Modifications Package". One has the address of the Buzz and Woody M&G across from TSMM and the other is for Muppets 3D.

The muppets 3D permit we knew was coming. Our insiders have eluded to it for months.
The Buzz and Woody M&G is an interesting development. I'd be really surprised if they delete that M&G now when they can do it later without the hassles of park hours so this is likely for something else. Perhaps they are going to modify the entry point to reduce the congestion in the area.
