Before the interview process, there is a personality test of sorts. There are many discussions of this out there, but the consensus is that to pass you should answer decisively and consistently. If you progress to an interview, it is good to have some specific examples ready to share, like you would with any interview. Just keep your stories to the point. In addition to the standard questions along the lines of why do you want this job, they usually ask some variation of things like "Describe a time a customer or coworker asked you to do something against policy. How did you handle it?" The interviewer would like to hear that you have a passion for serving people, being honest, and working hard - and honestly if it is the job for you, none of those should feel untrue.
