Dates for entertainment schedule??

My family and I are visiting disney world nov 8-15 and I am trying to plan our week out. May 12 is the 180 day mark from nov 8 and I am hoping to call and book a lot of our dinners for the week then! I am wondering when/ what nights fantastic will be? Also when mickeys very merry Christmas parade will be? Also any other nightly fireworks/parade shows and the night they will be. I can't find this info on disneys page! It is only listed through September, but I am wanting to plan which park and restaurant on which day depending in the events for the night! Does anyone know where i can find this info? Help please!! Thank you!

I have a subscription to touringplans.com, because they have all of that info for previous years. When I am planning a trip way in the future, I use their historical data. So far so good.
