Current list of FP+ attractions and tiers for each park

Where exactly can I see a current list of FP+ attractions for each park so I can plan my FPs?

Also when there are 2 separate reservations booked for separate fams that want to ride a certain ride together... I have seen others suggest to link all the ressies. But exactly when do I do that, as they are only meeting us for one park? I do not want or need all mine or their FPs linked together. TIA for any info.

You can copy your FP+'s to them (as long as the times you selected have more slots available) for one day or all of them. You don't have to copy your entire trip to them.
