CM Summer Housing

I am a student over at UCF and just got a job at the MK at the Jungle Cruise. I was planning on living on the other side of town by disney in order to be able to work all summer long. I have done my research and found some great places for a summer lease and was just wondering if anyone knew of anything GREAT that i might i missed or if any former CM have suggestions on where is a good/bad place to live, etc. etc. Thanks for the help.
