CM Employment Question

As a CM, can you transfer to any place in the company? Or are you employed by each individual store or area? I was just curious if someone working in a Disney store could requent a transfer for the summer or sometime to the WDW property. Thought it would be interesting if you guys had that kind of mobility throughout the company structure. Thanks guys!

You could transfer anywhere in the company. However keep in mind that The Disney Store is not a part of The Walt Disney Company. But for instance, if you work for Bass, you could transfer to Disney Vacation Club or ESPN, or Parks and Resorts.
