Character dining in Feb 2010

I've been trying to make ADRs and just noticed that Crystal Palace is closed for refurb from 1/3 - 2/13. Does that mean there is no character dining in MK (for dinner) during that period? From what I understand Character dining is not available for dinnertime at Cindy's castle either .. just b'fast and lunch. :shrug:

When you search the WDW site it brings back Tony's Town Square as a character dining experience but from what I have read here it is not. Do they maybe have characters while CP is being refurbed?

Any recommendations for character dining in MK would be appreciated!

We'll be there in February at that time and we decided on Chef Mickeys for our dinner dining. We'll just have to miss the Crystal Palace on this trip
