Buses at Art of Animation

During peak times (I'm talking Christmas week here) how long do the buses typically take to get to the parks from Art of Animation? What time would it be smart to leave for rope drop? (which will most likely be at 7 AM for EMH) Also, do the buses stay busy all day during that time? Right now I've been estimating an hour for travel time, is that accurate?

One hour is a good travel time to use. It will often be less off peak, but being early is better than running late.

Busses will be busy around park open and insanely busy during park close.
