I must be crazy. Just made a reservation for Pop Century ($108/night). Check-in Sunday 10/19. Check out Friday 10/24. Deposit of $121.50. So, like you, I'll wait for discounts but that gives me the 180 + 10 days in making ADRs.

No luck. I "settled" for 'Ohana. I know. Tough call.

I really couldn't believe that it was reserved up even at 190 days in advance. We ended up going with Liberty Tree since we already had 'ohana reserved for another day.

Another poster on this thread had the theory and I tend to agree with him that because all ADRs require a $10 cancellation fee now for no-shows, people are more likely to release their ADRs. So the best we can do is keep checking.
