We have stayed on the Concierge level at the Boardwalk twice. It was excellant. The CM's in the lounge were wonderful, very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast, lunch, snacks and desserts were great.
In the evening, you can get a great view of the Epcot fireworks from the balcony of the lounge.
The rooms on the C level are also great. We had a room on the corner overlooking the boardwalk and lagoon right over the Flying Fish sign.
Would definitely go back there.

My family and I just stayed on the concierge level in June. It was wonderful! The concierge staff was wonderful. The two ladies who work at night are very nice. I do believe their names were Beth and Jackie. They were wonderful when my daughter got sick on our trip. They made her hot tea and really took good care of us all.
