Best Non Character Buffet in WDW.

For all around food quality I would have to say either Boma or Cape May. We haven't been to Boma in about 3 years but the last time we went it was amazing. We hit Cape May last November and though I wasn't crazy about where we sat, the quality of food was outstanding, Chef was at the buffet the whole time we were there. But for sheer peace and quiet try Trail's End. Not fancy by any means but the food is homey and it's never crazy busy (well at least in November) and it's always blissfully peaceful at FW.

Boma, without a doubt. We love Biergarten too, but Boma beats it on food alone. So much variety, and just about all of it very good to great.
