August Weather?

My wife and myself are going to WDW in a couple of days and wanted to know how the weather was in August. I heard that it rains at like 3:00 everday and pours for like 15 mins and stops. We are super excited!! I just hope we dont get rained on to much.

What you heard is generally true. It's also still pretty hot. The end of Aug starts to cool off, and is generally not as hot as the beginning of July, but don't expect it to be cool unless you get lucky and have a little cool spell when you are there.

That happened for us our last trip, and it was 85-90 highs during most of the trip. Good luck.

It does get a bit cooler at night, however, and it's still moderately crowded. So I advise that you go early and late to the parks, and take a break mid day and swim or hide inside somewhere.

August is hot & sticky with 1 hour rain storms anywhere from 3 - 6 p.m.
September is hot & sticky. The rain dies down a bit.

Thanks for the info. My wife and myself cant wait to go. Just three more days and we are off. It sounds like it shouldn't be to bad. We should be pretty use to the heat cause were from CA. Thanks again.
