my flight is expected to land at 11am. Staying at AoA. Was planning on hitting MK right after check in. If all goes smoothly, what time do you think we should be arriving at MK? Just trying to get an idea.

I agree with littleroo. We stayed at AoA and generally left for MK around 1-1:30 and it was a great time. Little to no waiting at entrance and the lines for rides were pretty reasonable.

Seems a reasonable estimate. In perfect conditions it's a 30 minute bus ride from the airport to the resort. Given the location of the resort, it's unlikely that the bus would stop at any other resorts before hitting AoA, but you still need to factor the time from your gate to the Magical Express check-in area and any time they hold the bus waiting for other guests, so, best case, you probably get from your gate to the resort in 60-75 minutes. It's a 15-20 minute bus ride from the resort to Magic Kingdom, but mid-day there might be more spacing between buses... add in 15-20 minutes more if you need to actually check-in when you get to the hotel. If you do online check-in and can hop off the Magical Express and get right in line for a bus to the Magic Kingdom, you might be able to shave some time off, but otherwise, two hours seems VERY realistic.
