Our next WDW trip ends on Dec 21. Based on the timing of some of our previous trips and various attraction/restaurant openings, I predict this new restaurant will open on Dec 22.

Plan is to lay some sod, put out some picnic tables, and have this thing open by August. It'll be cold fried chicken and Lay's potato chips.

Worth waiting for.

Got a peak at the breakfast menu. $59.99 for adults. Menu consists of Mickey Waffles and Stitch French Toast, drinks not included.

There's a cardboard cutout of the Orange Bird in there though, so all fan boys should leave happy.

well I hope they take the FP+ reservations like Be Our Guest...this one's gonna be a hit at those prices. I bet those instant waffles taste better there too.

Well they are not really instant...they are hastily prepared months in advance and then thawed and warmed for your dining pleasure...

I know there hasn't been as much visible progress on this, but at least I can say there were many workers working (many more than are visible in my photo that showcases one person).
