ADRs for our October trip

This is the ADR's for our October trip. The lists below are all new places for us except the Garden Grill on out first night. The only thing I am concerned about is the early morning reservations and having to leave from PORS. Do you think it would be better to ride the boat to Down Town Disney to get on the bus going to MK? From the trip reports this is a major bottleneck and we have a few reservations we could use the Monorail to get to. (Disney's Polynesian Resort and the Grand Floridian)
If you see anything we need to watch out for, or flaws in our plan please feel free to let us know.
Of course we are planning on getting Dole whips, turkey leg, cupcake, cinnamon bun, Ect. as the trip unfolds.

Looks good! Boatwright's was a real hidden gem for us last year. We're going back in November. Kona, Yachtsman and Portobello are great too. Please report back on the Dessert Discoveries event. It sounds like a lot of fun!
