I'm anticipating lots of returning favorites and a few new dishes that have piqued my interest. Both beer marketplaces look better than they have in the last couple years, not that it's saying much.

All this looks so good and your pics are wonderful except what we were served did not look this beautiful. Any hints on how to have such wonderful plates served?

Thank you! I can't imagine what we might do to influence how the food is plated. If anything, it could be that we tend to visit weekdays between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Maybe they rush a little and get sloppy when the crowds get heavier later in the day.

We will try going early and on a weekday first, cross your fingers we will get some beautiful servings as well. We took pics last year and posted some of Facebook, friends said that doesn't even look good when it really was, LOL!

I was a tad bit disappointed that China now has chicken pot stickers instead of the pork, and that they excluded the chicken on a stick, which was very good!! The pulled pork slider from Hawaii is one of our favs!!! Noticed the Berryweiss isn't at Craft Beers this year :( Florida Local has a beef slider?? That sure made my hubby happy LOL

China - Black Pepper Shrimp w/ Sichuan Noodles

Florida Local - Shrimp Ceviche w/ Fireroasted Vegetables and Micro Ciltantro

France - Escargot Persillade

Greece - Taste of Greece

Hawai'i - Tuna Poke w/ Seaweed Salad and Lotus Root Chips

Hop & Barley - Lobster Roll and the New Englan Clam Chowder

Ireland - Lobster and Seafood Pie

Japan - Spicy Hand Roll

I hope you get a chance to try at least a couple of those things. There is usually a soft opening preview the day before the Festival begins. Most booths could be operating the afternoon of the 26th.
