Thank you! I can't imagine what we might do to influence how the food is plated. If anything, it could be that we tend to visit weekdays between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM. Maybe they rush a little and get sloppy when the crowds get heavier later in the day.All this looks so good and your pics are wonderful except what we were served did not look this beautiful. Any hints on how to have such wonderful plates served?
We will try going early and on a weekday first, cross your fingers we will get some beautiful servings as well. I hope you get a chance to try at least a couple of those things. There is usually a soft opening preview the day before the Festival begins. Most booths could be operating the afternoon of the 26th.Wow those menus sound great!
Since my next birthday trip finds me leaving on Sept 27th I am affraid I will be missing this festival : (
