This is definitely an important topic.

I will definitely be taking pics of the problem areas I see the next time I'm at the world...perhaps with enough bad publicity, management will start fixing them.

Wow! I have never seen this at WDW before. Last year we watched as a custodian went by and sprayed and wiped down every inch of the garbage can. We were quite impressed.

i'll be the first to say that this thread is a horrible idea. all it does is encourage people to go out and find things wrong with WDW. every company is going to have things wrong with it from time to time, but to actually go through and document stuff by posting photos on the internet is a complete insult to every cast member who busts their off for the guests each and everyday. i would hope that everyone who reads this post asks themselves how they would feel if a group of people started snooping around their office, store or restaurant and started taking pictures of every little flaw. No matter what your opinion is regarding TDO as a whole, CM's sacrifice a lot more than you will ever know to make WDW the most magical place on earth. I have no problem with people criticizing certain attractions they don't like. but to go out and take pictures of minor problems around WDW is and always will be rude and insulting. i bet everyone here would be a little ed off if Disney decided to close Splash Mountain for 3 months to inspect and clean the entire attraction so it is free of any trace of gum. Get the point?

I think overflowing trash cans around property are more than just a "minor" problem. I used to go to Disney knowing it'd be clean, something I couldn't say about my local Six Flags. Now, not even that is true.

Its very very rare that you see anything like that at WDW. There must have been an issue somewhere that day, as that isn't normal.

My complaint isn't with WDW.... How hard is it to find the next closest trash can. Aren't they everywhere? People:mad:

Well, it depends...if you're in line already and on the way you see other trash cans like this, then no, most tourists probably won't go looking for one that isn't full.

One problem I have, and this is with every park I've visited, including in Tokyo, is that they want people to use the recycling bins, however they're usually MUCH more difficult to find and are almost non-existent in the lines of the rides, they have just regular trash cans.

Also, for the sake of this thread, lets just post pictures of actual cleanliness issues, paint, trash, etc.

We're not doing this to blame CM's. We're doing this because it's a FACT that WDW has cut back on a lot of custodial areas and other maintenance.

The rest of your post isn't even worth a reply.
