Iger says "don't get your hopes up" for return of Dreamfinder to Epcot. "Promises" to talk to Imagineers about him, to see if there's any "excitement" there. Right. Sure he will. :brick:
Who wouldn't be. It was like a freaking manifesto. I love D&F, and even I wanted the guy to STFU.It pretty much sounded like he was bored by the very long intro to the question.

Yeah people really don't help the cause when they labor the point like that.

Oh God it was ENDLESS! He was almost a spot-on parody of a salivating fan-boy.
I'm almost tempted to suggest that he was an actor hired by Iger to phrase the question in the most ridiculous way possible, so that Bob could dismiss it so easily!
I am ashamed to say that I know that he was NOT an actor hired by Bob Iger. He is a member of our local chapter of the NFFC and at our last meeting he bragged about a speech he had written by a former corporate writer to present his question about the Dreamfinder. I, too, would love to see the Dreamfinder return but he really lost me with his endless prattle. And his dismissal of his two time warnings really, in my opinion, lost his cause.
This guy does have a tendency to remind people that he is a member of MENSA and I am surprised he didn't bring it up during his speech.

Reminded me of a guy we used to have on the UGA campus named "Bathrobe Billy." Extremely intelligent, but he always wore a terrycloth bathrobe over his clothes and he had all the social skills of a bucket of mop water, and would always belabor a point till no one cared.I am ashamed to say that I know that he was NOT an actor hired by Bob Iger.
